The flow limitation is achieved by adjusting the throttle in the valve, which makes a resistance in the control loop of the pressure controller. Differential pressure controller & Flow controller Function of the controller: the controller is equipped with one control diaphragm for flow control (closes the valve body) and a control diaphragm for differential pressure control second to the valve body. Return mounting version: the up-steam pressure is led to the high pressure side of the differential pressure diaphragm and the low pressure is connected from the inled of the valve body. For the flow control diaphragm the high pressure is given via the connection to the inled of the valve body and the low pressure is led via a channel in the controller. A spring in the flow control diaphraghm giving the working pressure allows a precise setting of the flow on the throttle. Flow mounting version: the upstream pressure is led via an external connection to the high pressure side of the flow control diaphragm and the low pressure of the flow controller is led via a channel in the controller to the low pressure side.
