Job Description:
1.Demand planning
To work closely with BU Sales/Marketing to create a consensus demand forecast, getting deeply involved in and understand the true market requirements, and promotional activities. Especially manage and focus on project demand.
After that, have a close monitor on incoming orders and efforts of sales plan, make necessary adjustment on initial demand FC.

2. Supply management
Deliver final demand FC to plants in time, monitor the supply plan and inventory projection, ensure they could meet the demand plan. If find that supply plan fail to meet the FC for some products, communicate with plants to make a solution and reach alignment.


3. Order fulfillment
Review the order fulfillment performance by category every month. Analyze the failed reason and make solutions with sales and plants. Make potential risk evaluation for the future order fulfillment performance and make action to avoid it.

4. Inventory management
base on ABC classification and supply leadtime of products, set different safety stock level. Ensure to meet customers demand sufficiently with low inventory level.
Have a good control on products phase in and phase out, avoid dead stock appear on this issue.

5. Excess & obsolete inventory control
Lead and drive the yearly inventory reduction plan of all plants. Track the reduction process and review actual achievement on cutting down the dead stock value to improve the business profit.




REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor or Master, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Medical relative…

Experienc: 2-5 years on supply planning, data analysis, demand planning, experience

Technical requirement: Good computer skills, SAP/ERP knowledge

Competencies: Good data management, Being able to efficiently multitask to complete projects in a timely fashion, and adaptable to either working independently or in a team.
