      粉煤灰在橋頭臺背回填中的應(yīng)用

      normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" align=left>在高速公路建設(shè)中,普遍存在一個問題:路面在臺背回填處出現(xiàn)不同程度的沉降斷裂,據(jù)資料顯示,最大的沉降值達到value="60" UnitName="mm">60mm,造成了車輛的大幅度減速,使車輛通過時產(chǎn)生跳躍和沖擊,不僅使司機和乘客感到顛簸不適,甚至嚴重的可導(dǎo)致交通事故,而且對橋涵和路面造成附加的沖擊荷載,減少橋梁的使用壽命。因此,必須解決好橋頭跳車的問題。造成橋頭跳車的原因有多方面,究其實質(zhì),最重要的還是臺背回填不實。本文結(jié)合工程實例分析了可能產(chǎn)生橋頭跳車的原因及在本工程的橋頭臺背回填中使用的新材料、新工藝,僅提出了一點膚淺的認識與見解,從理論與實踐上進行了摸索和探討。

      normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" align=left>由于橋臺臺背沉陷、斷裂而形成的臺階,會使車輛的行駛速度受到不同程度的影響。車速的降低幅度與臺階高度、路面類型、道路等級、車輛類型和行駛速度等多種因素有關(guān)。根據(jù)實地觀察和有關(guān)資料調(diào)查表明,當(dāng)橋頭臺階達value="15" UnitName="mm">15mm時會對車速產(chǎn)生明顯的影響,臺階每增加value="10" UnitName="mm">10mm,速度就會降低value="3" UnitName="km">3kmh左右;而當(dāng)臺階高達value="50" UnitName="mm">50mm時,車輛行駛速度顯著降低,其減速幅度平均可達913kmh,對行車產(chǎn)生嚴重影響。較高臺階對小車的行駛影響較大,而載重貨車對臺階不如空車敏感。抗振性能不同的車輛以同一速度在同一路面上行駛,其振動的效果也不一樣。一般來說,汽車遇到橋頭臺階,要提前150180m進行減速,駛達臺階以后還在大約相同的距離進行加速以恢復(fù)正常速度行駛。當(dāng)然,司機的心理狀態(tài),以及對道路的熟悉程度等因素,對通過臺階時的車速度降低也有不同程度的影響。

      normal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" align=left>與橋臺相接的道路路基填方較高,路基填料因含水分,易產(chǎn)生壓縮變形,施工中采取任何措施也難將填料顆粒問的孔隙完全消除,在道路自重及車輛的垂直荷載與振動荷載作用下,孔隙率逐漸降低,填料逐漸壓縮,密實度逐漸增大,在一定期限內(nèi)路基產(chǎn)生沉降。因此,壓縮沉降主要取決于填料自身的性質(zhì)、施工條件及臺前臺背的防護排水工程設(shè)置等情況。根據(jù)有關(guān)資料調(diào)查研究:當(dāng)土堤壓實度為95%時,每米填土工后的沉降約為value="10" UnitName="mm">10mm。
