耐熱聚乙烯PE-RT地暖管

產(chǎn)品簡介：

由于高密度聚乙烯管不能承受高溫，無法解決室內(nèi)熱水供應(yīng)問題。由此，美國開發(fā)了一種新型的耐高溫管道材料——耐熱聚乙烯（PE-RT）。他除了具有高密度聚乙烯一切優(yōu)點外，還可以很好地解決室內(nèi)熱水供應(yīng)問題。耐熱聚乙烯（PE-RT）是以乙烯一辛烯為共聚單體的共聚物，在聚合反應(yīng)中對聚乙烯分子鏈上支鏈的數(shù)目和分布進(jìn)行適度控制，使其PE-RT材料具有優(yōu)異的物理學(xué)性能，在無需交聯(lián)的情況下，PE-RT管材即具有較高的耐溫性能。在輸送水溫70°C，長期使用壓力為0.97MPa條件下壽命可達(dá)50年。

The main raw materials that we use are South Korea LG raw materials (XL1800) and HONAM8100GX, All accessories are all imported from Japan and Europe. Such as Germany Degussa DTBP cross-linking agent, Switzerland CIBA A/O1076 major antioxidants, PS802FL auxiliary antioxidants.
